To help you stay informed and connected, we’ve set up a personalized Customer Portal through JobTread.
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Invitation to the Portal
Once your job request has been received and reviewed, you’ll receive an email invitation to access your customer portal.
This email contains a unique “magic link” that opens your personal portal. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Step 2: Accessing the Portal
No need to create a username or password for basic access. Just click the link in the email to open your portal in a web browser.
Each time we send you a message or document, you’ll receive an email with a link that takes you directly to your portal.
Step 3: What You Can Do in the Portal
View, Approve, and Pay Documents: Review and sign estimates, view invoices, and make payments.
Upload Files: Share photos, videos, and documents related to your job.
Communicate: Use the messaging tool to ask questions, provide feedback, or share updates.
Track Tasks and Schedules: View upcoming appointments, job schedules, and progress updates.
