Three Room Apartment Addition

This three-room apartment addition was a joint-concept designed by our staff and the homeowner. We constructed a multi-room addition with a separate side entryway for future tenants and renters. The exterior was styled to match the rest of the home with a classic brick pattern and windows along with light-grey siding. There are a series of small pitched roofs, allowing for extra tall ceilings inside. The covered entryway and staircase make this home addition feel private and remote.

Spacious Floorplans

From the outside, the addition is discreet yet beautiful, while the inside features a spacious two-level floorplan. There is a den/living room, kitchenette area, full bathroom, and large bedroom with closet. It's a complete townhome-style apartment within the new portion of the home. It will give the owner and their tenant peace of mind having spaces of their own!
